Refunds and Returns

Above all, we want you to be pleased with your purchase!! Please email us at Support@phonecasecustom.com if something doesn't look or feel right , and we'll make it right!

Please be aware that by placing a purchase, you are agreeing to all of the terms listed below.

MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION

If you change your mind about your purchase, please send an email to Support@phonecasecustom.com with your order number and the adjustment you want to make. We'll let you know once the change or cancellation has been made.

Only during the first two hours after placing your order can you cancel or modify it. The order is locked for processing beyond that time and cannot be cancelled.

Please be aware of the following:

The cancellation will be subject to a management and transaction fee of 20% of the entire order value.
If your order requires design adjustment, we cannot guarantee that it will be delivered on time because it will take us much longer to modify your design during the holiday season.
In the odd event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can return/exchange it and receive a refund within 45 days of receiving it.
Please bear in mind that by purchasing, you are agreeing to all of the terms listed above.

REFUND AND REPLACEMENT

We do not offer returns at this time; instead, we only offer replacement. You do not need to return your item if it is defective; we will send you a replacement for free.

We do not exchange or provide full refunds unless an item you received has a severe fault for hygienic concerns and since our products are customized. This occurs when the item:

Significantly dissimilar to the description or sample provided to you;
Damaged as a result of our factory's or the carrier's error;
It's not what you wanted;
Please keep in mind that in some instances (not listed above), we can only issue a partial refund (excluding shipping fee)

Please allow for a 20% variance in color between advertised photographs and the real item you received, as marketed images may differ slightly in color from the actual item owing to lighting during photo shoots or the monitor's display.

To make a claim, write an email to Support@phonecasecustom.com with the following details (which must be included):

Number of the order
A video or photograph of the faulty goods
Please provide images of the printing error if your claim is for a printing fault.
Please include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the images of the damaged clothes if your claim is about print size or location.

If your item is eligible, our Phonecasecustom.com team will check the photos/videos you give of the problematic item and, if it is, we will ship it to you at no additional cost. If it is not possible to provide a new product, we will pay you for the entire cost of the qualified product (including shipping costs).

INACCURATE ADDRESS

For orders dispatched to the erroneous address as a result of a consumer entering the wrong address:
- If your order is sent to the incorrect address or is returned to sender, we are not liable (as all of the items would be donated right after they come back to our warehouse)
- The customer is responsible for the cost of replacement items.
As a result, please be very cautious while providing your mailing address.
